Kimchi and Beer Pairing at Beer Table

You know you live in Brooklyn if you put kimchi on everything. Hot dogs. Salads. Cereal? So why not learn how to cool your tongue down and wipe out that acidity with a nice beer. Lauryn Chun, founder of MILKimchi will be leading a beer and kimchi pairing tonight, September 13th for $35, getting into the funk of fermentation with some excellent varietals.
